Guaranteed Rent

A fundamentally different commercial model: MJ3 leases suitable properties directly from landlords, typically for 2–5 years, and pays an agreed fixed monthly rent under the contractual arrangement. MJ3 generally operates the property as serviced accommodation.

  • An agreed fixed monthly rent, including during vacancy, subject to the contractual terms
  • MJ3 covers the bills just as a typical tenant would.
  • MJ3 handles agreed operational maintenance within agreed limits
  • You remain responsible for specified property-owner obligations
  • Offered only after MJ3 assesses the property and commercial viability — not automatically available for every property
